Chadeck 300
This deck has a 300mm module and is overall height 76mm. Normally it is manufactured from 1.2mm thick galvanised steel (G300-Z275). This deck is currently being used as the structural decking for Dubai International Air Terminal Concourse II, 70,000m2 and it is possible to be crimp curved for varying radii.
Chadpan 300 Profile CEILING/FAÇADE CLADDING This panel can be manufactured in pre-coated 0.9mm thick aluminium or 0.6mm thick colorbond steel. The face is a 300mm module and panels interlock with a secret fixing. This panel has been used on such projects as:-

Composite Chadeck This is a combined ceiling/structural roof panel capable of providing long spans with a flat perforated (for sound absorption) or unperforated ceiling and supports the roof system. This panel has been used on projects such as Aquatic Centre, Olympics 2000, Homebush, Australia and Second Bangkok International Air Terminal Project. The panel is specifically engineered for load conditions and can be produced in both galvanised and coated steel and aluminium.
Chadclad 240 Profile This is an interlocking vertical rib profile decking, which can be manufactured in a variety of materials including Zincalum Steel, Colorbond Steel and Stainless Steel in a variety of thicknesses. It produces a 240mm module and subject to quantity may also be produced in tapered sheets.
Chadclad KL500 This roofing profile is for a “fully welded” stainless steel system and can be manufactured in 0.4, 0.5 & 0.6, 316 Grade, stainless steel, mill or painted finish. It incorporates 60mm rib at 500mm centres. The preferred maximum length of this product is 20 metres and the clippings system, both fixed and sliding, are engineered to suit the appropriate project loadings. |
