Chadwick’s involvement in roofing & ceiling
engineering and construction commenced in 1962. However two senior staff
members who are still active in the day to day management of the group
commenced in the industry in 1955
Chadwick's had considerable involvement in the
development and usage of light gauge sheet metal roofing and secondary
components in Australia and during the Chadwick History, at one stage and
for a considerable time, was
the largest sheet metal roofing contractor in Australia.
Chadwick estimates that they have been involved in the
installation of over 10 million m2 of metal deck roofing since 1988.
Chadwick, through Chadwick Technology Pty. Ltd. have concentrated on the
design engineering manufacture and installation of specialised composite
roofing systems incorporating either unique geometry or unique metals.
Since 1988 Chadwick Technology has been
involved in specialised roofing contracting in South East Asia and has
undertaken major contracts in China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia,
Singapore and more recently in the Middle
